What is the Inspire Sleep Apnea Innovation?

Inspire is the only FDA approved obstructive sleep apnea treatment that works inside your body to treat the root cause of sleep apnea with just the click of a button.

Inspire works inside your body while you sleep. It’s a small device placed during a short, outpatient procedure in our office. When you’re ready for bed, simply click the remote to turn Inspire on. While you sleep, Inspire opens your airway, allowing you to breathe normally and sleep peacefully.

Why is treating sleep apnea important?

Patients suffering with obstructive sleep apnea typically experience chronic, loud snoring along with fatigue, lack of concentration, memory loss, irritability, and depression. You may experience frequent morning headaches and sore throats and wake up with a dry mouth.

When obstructive sleep apnea goes untreated, it can lead to a higher risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and other severe conditions.

How do I know if I’m a candidate for Inspire?

The Inspire Sleep Apnea Innovation is designed for patients who have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and have tried a CPAP machine with little or no success in finding relief.
