Dr. R. Annie Roux completed her Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology at the University of North Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Prior to attending graduate school, Dr. Roux completed a summer internship through the Exxon-Mobil Community Summer Jobs program at the comprehensive all-pediatric facility Texas Hearing Institute in Houston, Texas. Dr. Roux went on to complete her Doctorate of Audiology at the University of North Texas. During graduate school, she worked for two school districts in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex to provide educational audiology services to deaf and hard-of-hearing students in their classrooms. She completed her 4th year externship at a private practice in a medical facility in Saint George, UT. Additionally, Dr. Roux attended specialty training in Largo, FL, for vestibular/balance diagnostics and treatment.
Dr. Roux’s clinical interests include early intervention of deaf and hard-of-hearing children, pediatric amplification, and balance disorders. Her personal interests include spending time with her husband and their Boston Terrier, cooking, hiking, and going to the lake.
Dr. Roux has been practicing with Texoma ENT & Allergy/Texoma Hearing Institute since May of 2024.
